Hotel: Generally clean, spacious and well heated with a large bar in the reception area. There is a lounge area with comfortable seating where you can relax and it turns into a family area in the evenings with different activities (disco/bingo/etc etc). This was really comfortable and was never crowded. Rooms: The room we had was an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and a private sauna. I think this was one of the larger apartments. It was clean and tidy and child friendly. Staff: The staff were all friendly and helpful. Kids club: This was really excellent. The kids club had professional staff and was like a nursery on site. Each evening around 530pm the staff would all march out of kids club with a line of children to meet Mr Happy the mascot and sing and dance in the reception area which all the kids clearly loved. Kids activities: The hotel is all about kids. There is a large soft play/games area with a slide and climbing wall upstairs (this is separate and additional to the kids club downstairs which is itself large). There is an ice rink outside directly opposite the hotel (30 seconds walk) with an outdoor play area and just next to that there is a ski training area with a flat conveyor belt ski lift. Swimming pool: The pool is great for families. There is a small baby pool and a larger pool. There is a little gated baby area and the pool was generally warm. The area has a family feel/atmosphere and there are floaty things and toys for kids to play with. The floor was a bit slippery. Food: The food was great. I was surprised to see some negative reviews about the choice on offer. We thought the food was excellent in both quality and choice. Each day for breakfast and dinner you get the same family table. Everything was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Daniela. The bed was very comfortable and everything was new and modern after a complete renovation. Lovely pool and wellness area. Highly recommend.

Great location near the slopes, really friendly staff, very clean room with terrace view, good breakfast, convenient storage for skis and boots, silent and clean spa with sauna and Turkish bath. In addition, the atmosphere during New Years period in Westendorf is lovely. I would definitely come back!

This hotel is a great place to stay with family. Hotel has fully furnished apartments with kitchen. Our room was the corner room with a big balcony overlooking mountains on both sides and facing the rising sun. The staff is absolute gem and the restaurant offers exceptional level breakfast with fresh juices and ultimate coffee. The gym, spa and pool area is small but great and cosy if there are a couple of families.

Very friendly and flexible staff, rooms are comfortable with nice mountain views. Good for a short stay, but also for some longer time. Breakfast was also good.

The hosts are so wonderful, you really feel at home. Haus Luis is great value for money and the rooms are just what you need for a ski holiday. Breakfast was so good and the hosts made the trip amazing.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance of the first chairlift. The guesthouse is located in a beautiful village where there are many restaurants and shops. Incredibly pleasant and friendly owners who go out of their way to accommodate your every wish. Accommodation nice and clean, great breakfast. I recommend it to everyone.

Right in the centre of Westendorf but not noisy. Very clean throughout and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, there was free parking and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

A truly exceptional and enjoyable accommodation experience! The place offers a peaceful, homey atmosphere that allows you to relax completely. The breakfast is excellent, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are kept impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping service making sure everything is tidy and well-maintained. The location is perfect - just a 10-minute drive to Skivelt ski resort and close to Kitski and surrounding areas. Set in a pastoral area, this place is a real gem. The serene environment combined with the attentive service makes it an outstanding choice. I highly recommend staying here!

Its a 20 minute walk to the nearest cable car but there is a close bus station Food was good and offered vegetarian options, not sure if they would be able to provide vegan options Spa area was nice, slightly old fashioned but facilities were clean and satisfactory

Incredible location, with beautiful views of the mountains. The spa area is in excellent condition, and very tastefully designed, as is the rest of the hotel. The terraces are beautiful, and the food is excellent. 

The spa was so nice and relaxing! It was very easy to get to the gondola and they had a nice storage space for our mountain bikes.

Loved this hotel. Wonderful staff and food, fabulous wellness area, centrally located and close to both the bus stops for Worgl and Kitzbühel, as well as a short walk to the train station.

The food was brilliant. The dinner and breakfast package offered a great buffet breakfast with a huge choice of hot and cold food. At breakfast you could also make a roll or sandwich and wrap it for lunch, take a piece of fruit and a carton of fruit juice for lunch. Dinner was lovely and typically Austrian with soup, then salad buffet and then main course with choice of three meals and then a desert. On change over days there was a buffet for the main course instead. Dinner included drinks on tap with a choice of white or red wine, beer or soft drinks. You could top up as needed. The package felt more like full board! We had two rooms for three and the sofa bed in one of them was big enough for two. The balconies were great and we had beautiful maintain views. We booked late but the staff accommodated us with rooms opposite each other. If they had been booked earlier and next to each other I believe the balconies could easily open to a-join them. The heated pool was great and often empty if we went down earlier after lunch. There was no separate jacuzzi but a seated area in the pool that you could start up similarly to a jacuzzi and was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back again!
