We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight, and being able to check in early made a big difference — we really appreciated it. The hotel design is beautiful, and the room layout is very well thought out and comfortable. The location is also excellent: just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, and a larger train station is only 15 minutes away, which made getting around the city very easy. There’s also an amusement park nearby, which was a fun bonus! Highly recommended!

I rarely stay in the same hotels, but if I stay in Vienna, staying in another hotel would not even occur to me. The perfect location, magical views of the city, balconies or terraces in the rooms. At the same time, it is perfectly quiet, the most comfortable beds, breakfast in a restaurant with a view. In the evening, by the way, this is an exquisite gourmet restaurant. We stayed in the Kaiserhof Wien hotel for 3 days and really enjoyed it. I give my best recommendations if you're searching for comfortable, cosy, very well equipped hotel with so nice, polite personnel and rich breakfast. Kids were very happy as well, they enjoyed mainly the apartment whirlpool ;-) I mention also parking service (better to book in advance, daily fee 26 euros). I will be looking forward for next stay here!

I visited Vienna to attend a concert at the Gasometer which is less than 200 metres from the hotel which was ideal. I stayed for 2 nights and the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate with a very comfortable bed and amazing shower. I also had breakfast in the hotel which had a great selection of food and drink. Great place to stay and with very good public transport connections into the centre of Vienna.

Very comfortable bed, cozy rooms and really delicious breakfast. Besides, the hotel is located really close to U3 station, which leads you straight to the Stephansplatz and city centre. PLAZA INN Wien Gasometer is really worth recommending from my perspective.

We travelled for a concert in Gasometer, I was surprised that it was like within 6 minutes walking distance, the best location for this purpose. I did not expect much, because I just needed a place to sleep, the room fulfilled this requirement perfectly. The room, the bathroom were both clean, I did not hear any noise, the heating worked, I have nothing to complain about.
