Host Rodi is very friendly and supportive. He arranged stay for my early check-in. Hotel is closer to metro station and walkable distance. Staff is very good and food is good too.

Very comfortable hotel with 24/7 reception, very pleasant stuff. Rooms are spacious and neat, good bed. The hotel is located right near U-Bahn (Metro) station Zippererstrasse, 15 min to Stephanplatz, 2 sttops to Erdberg, where the P+R parking may be found (parking 4 Euro per night and very pleasant offers for weekly parking). Lots of shops and caffes around the hotel. Luggage may be left after check out in the locked room.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, there was a minibar you could choose drinks and snacks, and free coffee/tea refilled every morning. It was close to the metro/bakery/ supermarket. I had an amazing experience!

Everything!! We loved staying here. It was a perfect location, very easy to reach the tube station, Gasometer, from the property. The building was cleaned every day and it smelled wonderful every time we got in again. The Lift was a plus, with a stroller it was super useful. The grocery shop and take away restarurants allowed to always plan in advance our meals, avoiding eating just sandwiches. And the house lock system! WOW! Never lost a key again, WE loved the electronic door and the security it gave us.Again, it was a perfect holiday

Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Room quite small, but very nice & we liked the bathroom as well. Location is great if you're visiting Gasometer. Metro and a shopping mall is close too.

Very comfortable rooms, well equiped. Good location, close to underground station. Very close to Gasometer Halle, in which we attended event. No parking spots directly by hotel, but we used Erdberg P+R (5 minute walk to hotel for 4,6 EUR/day - for Vienna I think that's fair price)
