We were allowed in the room at our arrival (9am) well before the standard check-in time. Having a 3yrs old kid, it is a necessity for us to travel at night, when he sleeps and an early check-in is very useful. Typically, hotel do not like to accommodate this kind of requests (even when paying extra fees). In this case, they let us in at 9 at no cost. It was amazing. Only for this, they deserve the 5 stars. All the facilities from the room, to the restaurant and the entire building are newly renoveted and super high value furnished. The breakfast is abundant and excellent. The check-out is at 12 (very convenient) and after checking out I was still allowed into the Gym. SUPER!

Our room had a terrific view of the cathedral on Stefanplatz.Excellent size room with extremely comfortable beds.Reception staff excceptionally friendly and helpful.The receptionist who helped me with printing boarding passes was even more patient than Job from the Bible.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful facility, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent location to get to know Viena: not in the midst of mass tourism areas, but a short walking distance from beautiful and vibrant Karlsplatz and its public transportation node. The service at the hotel was very efficient, professional and discreet. Great breakfast by all standards! Our room (junior suite) was big, well furnished and well equiped, perfectly quiet. A GREAT place altogether! I would go again without thinking twice.

Location is quite far from the city centre (definitely not walkable), but its only 5 minutes walk to the Gasometer metro station so this didn't really bother us to much, very easy to get into the city and we did enjoy that aspect. For the price it was great, 24/7 reception that does have a breakfast option if you need it. Local supermarket and McDonalds so easy to get supplies or a quick bite if needed. Rooms were decent size as well. All in all was a great stay, value for money.
