Nice hotel, really very delicious food (breakfast and dinner), nice spa, a surprisingly good ski resort

Very nice hotel with a very good breakfast menu and a restaurant with great food. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

The staff was incredible nice, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

We enjoyed every moment in the hotel. The food was great and the hotel is only 5 minutes away from the ski trail. There is also a pool and a room with table tennis. We enjoyed it as well ☺️

The service at the hotel is top notch. The cuisine is incredible.

Lovely hotel with stunning views. The food was great and good value.

The room has all necessary equipment for a long stay. We had two-bedroom apartment and I was pleased to find a washing machine (just bring your own pods), dish washer (pods are provided), good hairdryer, two coffee machine, oven and kitchenrange, fridge with the freezer, quite small but good enough for 3 people.

perfect place to stay in the valley very nice and friendly staff

It was perfect! Nice stay in the mountains before heading over to Grossglockner. Very clean, nice staff, very good price.

Very nice staff, wonderfully food and accompdation

This newly renovated hotel is a beauty. Well placed, with excellent facilities, wifi, and breakfast, the hotel is run by the extremely attentive Manager, Patricia, who contributed enormously to our enjoyment of the accommodation and the environment. It is thoroughly recommended to individuals and families alike.

Beautiful location with an amazing view from the balcony. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I was impressed by how friendly the staff were, as well as the entire family that runs this hotel—they truly love what they do.

Very well located, great staff, welcoming and breakfast, in a nice family ski resort

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us advices on where to eat as most of the restaurants in the area were fully booked or closed as it was Christmas. The breakfast at the accommodation was great, the rooms were spacious and warm as well as the elevator. There is also an electric charger for the car and a locker for the skiing equipment.

A gem of a hotel and a delightful discovery. A very friendly welcome, a superb dinner, a delicious breakfast and excellent wellness facilities.

Fantastic location in a little hamlet up the valley from Kals with a great array of mountain walking routes available right from the door of the hotel. The hotel is a little dated but the facilities are excellent and our room was large and very comfortable with a lovely outlook onto a green pasture and mountains and so cool and quiet with just the sound of the nearby river in the distance - we slept so well! Excellent breakfast and dinners with friendly service. Christoph helped us with lots of great suggestions for our walks. And they really look after walkers here - lending us a water bottle and maps for the duration of our stay - what a great service which was so much appreciated. At the end of our stay I didn't want to leave - there was such a great feeling of homely comfort

The breakfast was typical with a large selection of cheeses, hams, jams, fruits,... But the real attraction was the dinner. I have not yet eaten such good food for such a low price. The room had a lovely smell of a freshly cut wood. The staff in general was very friendly and useful and made us feel very welcome. The location is great for exploration of the Defereggental.

Beautiful environment beautiful rooms great, friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived quite late and that night they were making bbq evening, the food and service were amazing
