The personnel is the soul of this hotel. Rarely have we encountered such outstanding professionals (Anna, at the reception, is a treasure!). But then everything was perfect. Breakfast (the bread was delicious!) and in general food & wine, decoration, location (check the view from our room). Just perfect.

The hotel is definitely of a very high standard. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and it was evident that great attention was given to even the smallest details. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, yet the entrance is so discreet that it offers a quiet and private retreat. The breakfast was great, more Western than local, but still very good.

Location - Cannot be more central than that, It's right round the corner from the main centre, Stephenplatz, the big shops, the river, the bus stops. Room - very nicely decorated, comfortable and super clean Breakfast - abundant with different options

Super spot in the center of Vienna. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was super soft. We were a group of 4 and everyone was comfortable/had a comfy bed to sleep on. We arrived after 21h and had a guided video on how to get into the hotel and into the room, which made it super easy. Complementary food and drink made the stay even nicer!

I had a wonderful stay at Elias Residence Vienna. The location is perfect, many of Vienna’s main attractions are within walking distance, and the metro as well as the airport connection are very convenient. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a great bed and everything I needed for my stay. Communication with the host was easy, friendly, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend Elias Residence to anyone visiting Vienna and would happily stay here again.

Very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the settimo cielo restaurant with a panoramic view of the town. The breakfast room is beautiful and full of charm and history

Location is very central and beautiful. Very friendly staff, especially kind lady on reception, she answered all our questions and gave advices. Our room also had a tiny balcony with great view to city center, magnificent at night. Breakfast was ok, but could be a little better with wider choice, however there was very good quality coffee.
