Very nice hotel - situated just next to the slope, offering plenty of opportunities for skiing lovers. Very comfortable soundproof rooms with nice contemporary design and convenient beds. Good food with the big choice for breakfast and nice buffet concept of dinners. Very good equipment, offered by the rental shop, situated in the hotel. last but not least - very friendly and helpful personnel, creating special unforgettable vibe of the place. Thank you for the nice vacation!

Young lady on reception very helpful and a lovely personality... Swimming pool v.good as is sauna & steam room ...shame sauna not open till 3pm but understand of cost to run... pool open from 12 Being selfish really as I don't ski So a swim & sauna would of been lovely but the Swimming was good enough especially the heated ceramic seat in the corner after a swim class 10out of 10 Would definitely book again Thanks

The owners are very friendly and the breakfast is the best. We have stayed there two times now and we will be back for sure another time.

Very kind staff, they prepared us tasty breakfast. Rooms are small, but nice and clean. For the low price and short stay, it was perfect.

A perfect combination of modern style and traditional family hotel. Fitness room was surprisigky well equipped and opened early in the morning which was great during bad weather.. Indoor swimming pool and sauna arei rather small but very clean and with a peaceful green grass area outside. Breakfast has an excellent choice of tasteful food and excellent coffee. Staff is very helpful and nice. Hotels has also a cosy lobby with bar opened all the time.

We had a fantastic weekend at Florian's accommodation. Florian, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The place is perfect for both summer and winter getaways. It was spotlessly clean, and the highlight was the spacious garden with a trampoline and swings, perfect for outdoor fun. Inside, there's a game room with table soccer and darts, providing entertainment for all ages. Brealfasts were fantastic. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming.. The room was large with nice views of the town and mountains. The wellness area and small pool were pleasant. The food was excellent. We stayed in the winter months and the ski buses were frequent.

A perfect place to be for wonderful holidays surrounded by a breath taking nature. Everything was perfect, a warm thank you to the whole staff of the hôtel who contributed by their kindeness and hospitality to a parfect stay. We are looking forward to coming next year.

We arrived as a family of 2 adults and 2 children for a ski vacation. The location is perfect for those who love the quiet countryside environment, but still in close contact with the infrastructure: the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, and we could also ski back from the slopes to the house. As Kleinarl is a "cul-de-sac village", the road traffic is minimal, and also as the hotel's windows are well soundproofed, it is a completely quiet environment to relax or sleep. It seemed to us that all the other guests were also families, so we lived at the same pace (no harsh, partying neighbors). The owners and staff are absolutely guest and family focused, doing their best to make this hotel a fantastic place to relax after each wonderful day spent in the surrounding mountain area. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptionally tasty, abundant, and of premium quality. The whole hotel is very well organized, absolutely clean, and offers its guests everything they need, and more. They are really pay attantion to our well-being, down to the small details. We come to this area regularly and think we have found our best place to stay.

Huge hotel, plenty of possibilities to spend time and entertain. Fantastic food, plenty of choices. Comfortable parking. Clean and once more clean. The only downside - in my opinion - the style not modernized since opening in 2004 (?) already a little outdated. But nothing looks worn out, but only some old-fashioned.

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel with great kitchen and friendly personnel. Five minutes walk to the main cable car and basically right on the cross-country ski trail. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the hotel.
