Great place to relax and enjoy the beatiful nature. Very friendly staff, very clean and tidy.

Excellent room with great panoramic views. Breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly.

Excellent location and nice restaurant in the lobby. Friendly staff and nice view of the castle Hohenwerfen. The room is great size and spacious closet.

Cosy and well equiped hotel with friendly owners, excellent breakfast. We are a family of 5 people, and we had a great skiing vacation in the ski amade region. Highly recommended

The location is simply breathtaking, the room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Frau and Herr Ratgeb are wonderful hosts, very polite and friendly. Our German knowledge is quite poor but we got by nevertheless. The dinners were absolutely fantastic: Austrian cuisine is not particularly famous, so it took us by surprise how delicious every meal that we tried here was (and we aren't people who are easily impressed when it comes to food).

The staff was very helpful, especially host who welcomed me after check-in,which I was late for and was regardless of the time, considering that I was coming by car

Spacious room, sauna and swimming pool, friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, spacious and the location was great.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life!!! I loved everything soooo much!!!!!

The location is wery nice. There are many attractions around this hotel. You can walk and travel around or stay. Exeptionals are evenings on balcony or on comfortable sun longers. The owners are really kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfasts was well organized and we can choosed from many options.

Exceptional cleanliness and hospitality.

The host was soooo nice and helpful! The location is beautiful.

very clean and comfy room, very nice staff comfortable beds, amazing view

Excellent location for many activities (hiking, Hohenwerfen castle, ice cave, Salzburg, Hallein - Celtic museum, salt mine - , Grossglockner alpine road, Liechtensteinklamm...) The breakfast is very varied and for many tastes

Immaculate, comfortable and stylish property, run by a lovely couple, in a beautiful location. Breakfast was delicious and Claudia and Manfred were perfect hosts. They upgraded us to a spacious suite for our last night and they were always full of helpful suggestions on where to visit, walk and eat. A true family business. So glad we got to stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay – it’s an ideal vacation spot for families with children. The hotel offers plenty of fun for kids: both indoor and outdoor pools, animals, a playroom, playground, and organized activities. The food was excellent, with the option of dinner as well. Don’t expect luxury, but if you’re looking for an idyllic countryside getaway in the middle of stunning mountains and fresh air, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had wonderful ski holidays. The hotel was as we expected. We had one double room and one single room. Both were nice and cosy. There is a lot of parking spaces around the hotel. We had half board and food was ok. And there is a big nice space with saunas. Hotel is in the center of the village. Although ski bus stops in front of the hotel we use our car to get to the Flachau ski resort and sometimes to the nearest (250 m) away from the hotel ski area Monte Popolo.

Polite staff, cleaness, well equiped kitchen, everything in one place (restaurant, playroom, wellness, ski rental with a discount for hotel guests, ski slopes almost at the door)

Very clean, large rooms. Beautiful views! The food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is dog friendly and has beautiful walks outside. Very friendly staff. A lovely stay!
