We spent 1 night here and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, the apartment is very spacious and spotless. It was renovated just a year ago, so everything feels fresh and in great condition.

The location was very good close to all amenities. Very clean.

The hotel is ideally located for the Museums Quarter and metro stations / tram stops to obtain easy access to the other parts of the city. It has a sense of calm and quiet being on a pedestrian street. The public areas are comfortable and stylish, including restaurant and bar. Room furnishings are good, with frequently changed towels and crisp bed linen. The breakfast choices are excellent, with options for vegetarian and vegan diets. Staff proved to be very welcoming, helpful and friendly, with useful tips for places to eat. I would happily return to this hotel should I be in Vienna again. It's particularly relaxed and comfortable as a base to explore this wonderful city.

The breakfast and the kindness of the staff

Exceptional elegance and luxury. It exceed our expectations. The location, just central, minutes away from museums. Welcomed by a polite and skilled staff, valet parking (cost 30/day). While check in the hotel is offering refreshing warm towels, a selection of coffee or a glass of champagne. Flowers everywhere. The room was crispy clean! A small box with complimentary chocolates welcomed us at the room which was spacious with a wooden floor. ( I don't like wall to wall carpeting at hotels because they usually have a smell). Furniture are contemporary and relaxing and the tv screen is "appearing" through the room mirror if turned on. Also cleverly hidden in the room desk are plugs and a wireless charger is offered for your devices. The indoor swimming pool with a chandelier above, the gym facilities and the spa very pleasant. The breakfast was a feast combining a variety and quality buffet but also offering additional plates such as eggs royal by order( no extra cost). The front desk staff polite, smiling and willing to offer info and reply to all our questions. Overall we are grateful for receiving such a lovely hospitality.

In love with hotel concept, simply incredible

The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

We were tossing up on paying a bit more and staying in the inner city of Vienna - 100% worth it! The location of Elegnace Studio is unbeatable! Everything is in easy walking distance Room was amazing! So big and clean! 😊

The location in the city center yet it wasn’t a crowded area. I felt very safe even late at night and early in the morning when I was checking out. The cleanliness of the room is immaculate! I spent three nights there and the cleaning was done every day. It was warm in the room despite the fact that it was -7°C outside during my stay in early January.

Fabulous location right at the Opera and within walking distance to the Hofburg and other attractions. Glamorous design in the lobby, bar and breakfast room. Howvever the best were the exceptionally motivated, helpful and friendly staff!! Congratulations to the entire team!
