Everything was at the highest level. Excellent service, beautiful and comfortable hotel design, wonderful breakfast. A unique experience. :)

Close to the metro (and ten minutes by metro to the center of Vienna) and Prater, clean and modern looking lobby and the rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check in was quick and easy. Only regret is not booking a longer stay. Will definitely be returning next year!

Great hotel in super location! Staff is super helpful and they even went beyond the working time and assist when I needed help with ironing and all without additional charges, great experience. Rooms are super equipped, including little kitchenette, all brand new. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was spotless and well-organized. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station, so getting around the city is very easy. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Wonderful stay. The hotel room was quiet and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, which added to a really nice experience. It was noted from passport check in that it was husband”s birthday and he was treated to a drink and a future discount. We will stay here again when back in Vienna.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable for a single person or a couple. The doors have a code that the house manager gives you. Also I checked in late at night at 11pm, no problem, thanks for that. I got a code for the apartment and moved in. The internet is at a good level. Hot water is always available.

The hotel is extremely well connected with the Praterstern station less than 10 minutes away on foot. From there, you can most easily catch transport to the airport as well as to the major sites. Moreover, the hotel is within walking distance to the Prater and Stephansplatz and other important areas. The hotel was super clean and safe, great value for money.

Fast responding, all that we needed for our stay!

We had a nice weekend there and absolutely enjoyed our time! Everything went smooth, we got early check in, the room was small but clean, the breakfast was nice, the service was super, staff at the reception is amazing and very helpful. The location is top too! U-Bahn, regional trains, trams — anything you want. Everything was unexpectedly nice even the weather :) Thank you!

The room was perfectly clean and the jacuzzi was very nice. Especially at this pricepoint I believe it is hard to find a better option than this. We were a little late for breakfast, but they still provided us with a good amount.

Large room with balcony with great views! But the best thing about the hotel is the AMAZING breakfast!!!
