loved the style of the hotel. very cute

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant had a good variety of food and wine.

Clean, modern but with character

The location of the hotel is great, with adequate parking and the hospitality is very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is super. We had a very comfortable stay

Great value for the price. Friendly staff, good food, and a cozy room. We'll definitely be back.

It’s close to slopes, beautiful views and excellent food.

I recommend this place for all 200%

Nice location. Suuuuper breakfast. Super kind staff.

It was very cosy and clean, the view was amazing. We just were there for two three days, but even in this short time, we were able to relax and forget about the world. The food was so tasty, and they had a really good variety for breakfast and dinner.

The staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs. A special thanks is due to the person I believe was the owner, for their kindness in returning our lost cuddly toy, even though we arrived during the hotel's break time. As for the hotel itself, it offers great value for money. It's simple yet comfortable, with an outstanding breakfast selection, especially for those who love muesli. I definitely plan to return.

The hotel is very close, just a few minutes walking from the ski slope. The hotel is above a grocery shop. There are also some nice restaurants in the neighborhood as well for dinner. I liked the breakfast in the hotel and the staff was very helpful.

Super modern interior, very clean, comfortable beds Outstanding room, true as the photos! We had a great time and would recommend to anyone else as very close to hiking, skiing, sledging etc.

Lovely quiet location beside the viaduct and river in the beautiful valley; near enough to the ski slopes. Well equipped kitchen, good bathroom and plenty of towels. Nice smart tv

Very interesting place, aesthetically nice breakfast

Good location. Modern, clear, nice room. Friendly staff. Perfect sauna and relax room. Delicious food in the restaurant. Superb!

we liked view from the room to Schneeberg, we liked size of the room and modern furniture. we enjoyed also sauna after hiking. We will come back again for sure.

Beautiful location, hotel and staff were amazing. So welcoming, helpful and accommodating

It was perfect, the family atmosphere and attention to the detail were incredible!

Nice old style hotel with a restaurant, small but good breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful location. Food delicious and good selection of drinks on tap available 7am-midnight. Loads for the kids to do (huge indoor / outdoor play areas, petting zoo, pony riding/grooming, adventure activities, crafts, varing evening activity such as disco /fire pit). Pool and spa are great. The whole place is designed with kids in mind but is a luxury experience for parents as well. Staff work really hard. Lots of amazing memories made. We'd love to go back.

Very kind and helpful staff. Thank you for making my mum's birthday even more memorable.

Comfortable hotel in the center of Puchberg, with kind staff and generous breakfast. Trails are in walking distance.
