Everything was superb, very nice restaurant staff. Also front desk manager made everything clear about smallest details. Summer card helped to save a lot of money ok activities. Definitely would visit this hotel during winter season again.

Hotel looks like very new, apartments modern and nice, clean. Perfect servis and great breakfast. You need to count with 15 mins walk to hill in case you will not use car to visit downtown. Swimming pool great. Price include ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN SUMMER CARD, which save a lot of money to visit numerous costly atraction around.

Beautiful property. Ceramics and terrific art everywhere. Lovely views from room 8 and wonderful pool and garden. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are warm and welcoming. We walked to the chair lift (free pass from hotel). Spectacular views of the mountains from there. Highly recommend! 💚

What a cool building and location - I felt like a medieval prince staying here. Glad that I stayed here and wished it was for more than 1 night. The included dinner and breakfast , as well as the friendliness and service from the staff , far exceeded my expectations. It was also cool to hear a little bit about the history of the building.

Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel, staff are so friendly, the hotel is really clean, rooms are a great size for a family, location is spot on with a short walk downhill into the town, a longer walk uphill to two of the cable cars and a bus stop really close to the hotel.

The hotel is a very classy one, Austrian style, elegant and cozy. All worked fairly well. We were able to occupying the room much earlier than check in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.

from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, we could not fault anything. The staff were all so helpful pleasant and friendly, they could not do enough for you. There was a lovely warm homely atmosphere in the hotel. You felt like you knew everyone, even though we were all strangers. Spa was lovely too, nice and quiet!! Very central location to restaurants, night lift, ski lifts, ski hire, city xpress. Would definately recommend.

Very cosy and personalized, very hospitable, my room had a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. There’s a big yard in case you have a dog or kids

Excellent comfortable room - spacious - very nice design, warm (controllable heat). Food - breakfast and evening meals were very high standard. Luigi is a great chef - Restaurant staff - Soudor and the team were very friendly helpful and efficient. Christine was a pleasure to meet on reception. So friendly and helpful - she gave a lovely welcome when we arrived. Hotel is in a great location for skiing - very near the lift system and you can ski back to the rear of the hotel at the end of the day.

The warm environment and greetings from all staff feel you like home, not a hotel. It is unlike other hotels who are purely commercial. For people who know the value of shattaf in travel, they will understand what I mean as it is very rare to find a hotel with shattaf upon travel in Europe.

From the time we arrived to the time we left it was just amazing. The owners Elizabeth and Stefan were so so friendly and hands on. They went out of their way to make a difference and enhance our trip. Lilly and Agnes from the restaurant and bar were also fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. Poor and Sauna were awesome. Ski in and location right on slopes by the ski lift is so convenient. I would not stay anywhere else but here .

Very nice and well-located hotel. The breakfast was good, and we also had dinner there one night, which we enjoyed very much. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the young lady at reception who prepared a breakfast box for us because we had to leave at 6:00 a.m. the next morning. It was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.

The location of the hotel is very excellent

We had an amazing stay at Seevilla Freiberg in Zell am See. I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and the exceptionally high level of service throughout the hotel. From the reception team to the restaurant staff, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was delicious, and the service in the restaurant was outstanding. The room team was also wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always making sure everything was perfect. What I appreciated most was the feeling of being welcomed and cared for. I truly felt at home during my stay.
