On the day of my arrival I wasn't able to check in until 2 a.m, but that wasn't problem for the host and I'm really grateful for that. Everything went as expected. The whole room was perfectly tidy and clean. I'd love to come back here someday. :)

From the moment I arrived, Nina, the hostess (whose family owns the hotel) was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and although English is not her first language she made such an effort and spoke so well to me. I felt welcomed and like I had a home away from home. I caught a cold while in Neunkirchen and felt pretty miserable and was missing my husband! Nina's beautiful Pumpkin soup was the most nourishiing delicious perfect tonic I needed during that time! On one occassion I had asked Thomas (Nina's husband) to book me a taxi - in his busyness he forgot so when I went to wait for the taxi it didn't arrive - he felt so bad he told me to jump in his car and he took me to my destination himself!! Brilliant service, wonderful spacious, clean and well appointed room, great breakfasts and lovely hosts all made for a 'home' I want to go back to!

An amazing place. We stopped on our way to Croatia. Close to the highway and yet in a beautiful location. Very comfortable room, great service. After only one night we know we will be back there for longer!

we liked view from the room to Schneeberg, we liked size of the room and modern furniture. we enjoyed also sauna after hiking. We will come back again for sure.

Lovely quiet location beside the viaduct and river in the beautiful valley; near enough to the ski slopes. Well equipped kitchen, good bathroom and plenty of towels. Nice smart tv

Super modern interior, very clean, comfortable beds Outstanding room, true as the photos! We had a great time and would recommend to anyone else as very close to hiking, skiing, sledging etc.

It was very cosy and clean, the view was amazing. We just were there for two three days, but even in this short time, we were able to relax and forget about the world. The food was so tasty, and they had a really good variety for breakfast and dinner.

I loved absolutely everything! The warmth and friendliness of people, cozy interior, traditional food with exquisite entries of the chef. Spa was fantastic, including the aroma massage.

Perfect stay down to the last detail - great hosts, amazing and coziest place I've ever stayed in, especially delicious food, including both breakfast and steaks for dinner, prepared by the host. A place you really want to come back to.
