Our stay at Palais Chotek in Vienna was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegance, charm, and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The new rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offered the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to Vienna's most beautiful attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. We loved the hotel. Great beds, delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere and very friendly and good housekeeping.

The hotel is great, the room comfortable, bright, nice view, excellent spa and swimming pool with good opening hours which allows to enjoy it before and after work while on a business trip. The only thing that I really missed was a full size mirror in the room - to check your look as a whole before leaving the room.

Upon check-in we were given a room up-grade by Tamara. She was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is very hip and clean and conveniently located right next to the U-Bahn station and with lovely views of the Donube Canal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful.

Wonderful location. Next to the beautiful places to visit in Vienna. It's clean. Easy to get the from the metro. It's quiet. We stayed there with my son 5 years old. Big room, big double bed. Excellent!

Great location, windows have good sound insulation, comfortable bed, room had everything that was needed and staff was very friendly!

Cleanliness, very cozy, nice spacious bathroom and beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes and personal items. You could also help yourself to extra supplies in case you ran out. Check in was swift and very easy. House keeping was flawless every time. Even our coffee pods were topped up.

Patient is perfect and facilities are more than you need.

A stone's throw from the centre, room cleaning every day and friendly and helpful staff. I stayed there during my birthday and when I got back to my room they made me find this gift. Vienna is beautiful and the structure is more. I will definitely go back.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and location was great! It is close to the underground several attractions and many restaurants and cafes.

The Pension is very well located, the center of Vienna is less than a 15 minutes of walk. The staff os very kind and open to help in any question/doubts.

Room cleaning is quite enough. We were glad that there was no smell of cigarettes in the room we stayed in. You can reach every place to visit in Vienna by walking..

First of all, ı owe a big thank to very very friendly but at the same time very professional staffs. They are very helpful and they show their best effort for you. I was very sick at the check out day and they permitted to me stay at the room until 13:00 although the room is booked. Secondly, the location is very nice. Additionally the building is historical place so ambition is impressive. The building has been just renovated successfully so do not think to stay old and outdated room and etc.
