The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job – everything was spotless and very well maintained during our stay.

Free mini bar, a bottle of champagne, and snacks ALL included. I chose the no breakfast option which was a mistake. Their turndown service was just subtle enough that I almost missed it until I noticed the tiny details, which made it all the more spectacular. Although the bedding appears a bit dated, the sheets and duvet are a dream to lay with. I didn't want to leave the bed, until I realized what I had left downstairs... The hotel is built inside a palace and I became lost more than once, ending up in random stairwells, dark cellars, someone's wedding, and gorgeous rooms with massive chandeliers. Highly recommend one of the tours in the wine cellar- you will be led through a history of Vienna, the palace and sample some lovely wines (Im sure) or Champagnes (which I did).

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well furnished, great facilities (amazing spa and gym), and great emplacement! The rooms are spacious, lovely decoration, and most important the whole staff is very nice and welcoming.

It was really a big pleasure to be in contact with the staff of the hotel which was so friendly and nice. We’re travelling a lot but it so rarely we met this attitude to the clients. Thank very much!

Fabulous property in the heart of Vienna. Easy walk into the cathedral. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful view over the park. Easy parking. Will definitely stay again.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was located in a great part of the city, with many attractions, shops, and public transport nearby, which made it easy to explore and visit many places. The area was lively yet pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this place ☺️

The location is fantastic, close to mall and train station. The staffs are exceptional and kind especially Samir and the lady at the reception.

This Pension was incredible. Amazing location, just two minutes away from the Stephanplatz. We had a chance to stay at the historical building and experience wonderful hospitality. Will be coming back!

A very pleasant stay in the center of Vienna. Best part of the stay was very friendly staff, very helpful, and alert enough to note that my wife's birthday was during our stay (with nice surprises offered). Also - free printing of documents, which was excellent. Good clean rooms at an affordable price, near to the Stadtpark.

Great hoel to explore the city.

A wonderful hotel in a phenomenal location in the very center of the city, within walking distance of many sights. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help. The room was spacious, bright, very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was standard, continental and everyone could find something to their taste.

Our room was unique and had a very interesting design. The room and staff made our trip to Wien extra special.

The hotel staff were excellent and very kind, especially at the reception, we thank them very much for serving us in whatever we needed.
