Management and staff were the best, very welcoming, helpful and friendly, any concerns we had were soughted promptly. Our room was very clean and warm and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The restaurant food was delicious. The new owners have done some amazing renovations since I was there in 2022 snow season. Love the new cafe opening out to Bourke Street and the pool table area. And off course the location is 10/10. Great place for families to stay, can't wait to stay there next year.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I was very satisfied with my experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness was wonderful it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were fabulous and ensured we were comfortable and have everything we needed. The facilities within the apartment were excellent! Location was great and a short walk to the main centre.

We had an amazing stay at this chalet. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything in Mount Buller. The chalet was spotless, warm, spacious, and very well equipped. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The views were breathtaking, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax after a day in the snow.
