The stay had been really good, and we were able to collect real good memories during our stay. The stay at Ramada started beautifully from the moment we were picked at the airport to the last bye bye. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the very helpful gentleman Nihat, who made sure we felt welcomed. During our stay continuously we were asked about our well-being by Alexandra (Front Office Manager), which really made us feel welcomed. Thank you for allowing us extended check out time. The front desk team during the night especially Nurlan was always helpful and smiling. We always felt so easy asking each and every staff member anything. If you are staying at the hotel, do not miss the great massage service provided by Ravana - as it will totally make your trip a memorable one. Massage + Sauna & Turkish Hamam experience will leave you all smiling and relaxed. Thank you, Ravana and the smiling manager, :)

Comfortable, clean and calm place

I've stayed here twice. It's a very clean and tidy hotel. It's in a great location. It's a family hotel with a spa and pool. I really liked this hotel. I'd like to thank the management for making it a truly wonderful hotel🙏🙏🙏🙏
