1. Reception staffes are really welcoming, kind, helpful, very good workers. 2. Room is spotlessly clean and having good heating system both in room and bathroom. 3. Breakfast is basic but very good enough to start a day Good value for the price, this place will make your stay in Baku perfectly pleasant.

This is an outstanding boutique type hotel, impecably clean, with amazing staff throughout the hotel particularly Mr Gasham at the reception who was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our tours and accomodating when we needed to extend our stay.I will also make a special mention of Mr Elchin who was also very helpful. This is the best location in Baku. Walking distance to the beautiful Old Town....loads of restaurants and coffee shops around. We really had a wonderful time. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. We will be back

Nice location- near to bus station, flag square, bulvar and other attractions of Baku were close. Host Zaur was very helpful and he didn’t have other reservations so he let me stay longer on the day of departure.
