Staying at the Sheraton Baku Intourist, in my first visit to Baku, was an excellent and the best choice of hotel stay in Baku. I have enjoyed every bit and element of my stay. The beautiful ideal location, the nicely appointed property, the facilities, and the exceptional lovely staff of this very much homy feeling place of stay in Baku. Mr. Azer, Vilad, Elshen and Elmira, as well as all their colleagues and member of the team working in this admirable hotel in every department, the front office, the house keeping (Vusala), the restaurant, the SPA and all without exception (sorry if I didn't manage to get all the names in person), they deserve a big credit for their professional happy welcoming attendance to the guests and for their professional courteous services at all times. A million thanks is never enough to express my appreciation to every one of them, as they are the main reason and fact behind all the pleasant and satisfactory feeling I had in this superior hotel and stay, leading to make me repeat by saying, that the Sheraton Baku Intourist, is a true home away from home and all the team members of the staff, are also a true dear family away from own family and friends. I don't think it will be much of a long time, till I return back visiting Baku again and again and stay always at this lovely hotel, as for sure I am going to miss till then all the exceptional feelings I had about staying there and in interacting and dealing with every member of the family team of this hotel in particular and of course I will miss the lovely city Baku in general. With my best wishes and God's blessings always.

The hotel is beautiful, a real luxury. The residence is spacious, fully equipped, clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is very polite, kind and attends to every wish of the guest. The wellness is excellent. The hotel is a little further from the center, but can be reached by taxi in 30 minutes. One of the best hotels we have ever been to. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Nice location- near to bus station, flag square, bulvar and other attractions of Baku were close. Host Zaur was very helpful and he didn’t have other reservations so he let me stay longer on the day of departure.
