The breakfast very was nice. Staff is very helpfull. They tried to help in every way. The location is in the city center. There is a 24-hour pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant nearby. The price is quite reasonable according to hotel standards.

This hotel is definitely worth your money. It is located centrally and there are restaurants to suit every budget just a few steps away. The hotel is still fairly new so everything is modern. The bathroom is nice and spacious even if you take the single room. I was able to have a hot shower everyday. My room was clean and neat. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The water and soaps, etc were refilled everyday. I love the soundproof window which meant I was able to get a peaceful rest at night. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A special thanks to YUNUS and UMID who helped me with my luggage and assisted me with all of my needs during my stay. The lid of my kettle was broken and when I reported it to them, they exchanged it immediately with no issues. The chef DILBER was very kind and lovely. She made delicious cigar sticks stuffed with cheese. I really enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Baku. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay and offers good value for money.

The hotel was exceptional, characterized by its cleanliness and comfort. The food was excellent and fresh. It is a very pleasant and tranquil place to stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Baku, as the location is both excellent and convenient.

The location is good, bed was comfortable and hotel in general very good, recommend it, and will visit again. I am really satisfied. It exceeded my expectations, worth of money.

Room had plenty of storage space for our luggage.

Staff was really cooperative and polite. They addressed all our needs and provided them respectively. Mr Samir, the manager, was really humble and friendly and arranged a good tour and drop facility. Azar, Ilhan, and nooruddin were really polite and provided good service in the hotel and provided reliable information regarding the city tour of baku. Halime khatun was at the breakfast counter and kitchen and provided a good meal in breakfast. Rooms were spacious with good view.Our stay at dondar Hotel was really good and would recommend others also.

I was traveling to Baku for the Qarabag v Newcastle United game. I managed to book early to avoid the regular algorithm price rises so managed to find a place that was relatively cheap, something looking like an old school, dated BnB from back in the 80s that was about 20 years behind the times, at least that's what the images gave the impression of. Unfortunately I booked without doing my regular due diligence, I usually make a search on what ever booking site I'm using, then cross reference that search on other search engines to see if the reviews match up. Unfortunately, they didn't, Google kicked up 275 1 star reviews that varied from bed bugs with guests being eaten alive, to rude members of staff, foul smells and poor food.. So needless to say I contemplated booking elsewhere, then came the predicted price rises so ended up just sticking with what I had. To make matters worse, I received notifications of around 12 different name changes during the 10 days before my arrival, this was seriously concerning, I noticed a hike in their reviews too. The name changes seemed to wipe the slate clean. Was this an attempt to cover up the bad reviews and give themselves a clean slate? If it was, then it was completely justified because this place was amazing. From the second I set foot in this place I was greeted with cleanliness, tiled flooring, friendly staff. I was given a modern key card and instructions on how to get to my room. A short lift to the next floor or a walk up a very modern spiral staircase and you're met with a well lit room with a restaurant and modern tilled flooring. Nothing like the images I had been sold in my original booking. It seems the only thing this hotel hadn't updated was their hotel listing page on booking.com. Everything worked flawless, I walked down a well lit, tiled corridor to my room.

Amzing view and breakfast. We celebrated our anniversary at this fantastic hotel, where we were pleasantly surprised with a cake and a room upgrade. The breathtaking views and delicious breakfast made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, as it's conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Flame Tower, Baku Eye, Carpet Museum, and Maiden Tower.
