Numa was a great stay, for a young couple, we found it very digital, the WhatsApp communication was very easy, we think this place is literally an EXCELLENT stay. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

The location is outstanding, right in the city center and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, catering to different tastes. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional. A minor issue arose during our stay, and it was handled promptly and with remarkable professionalism, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, a highly positive experience and a hotel I would confidently recommend.

Location is great to both centre & station centraal, both within 3 mins walk.

Beds were super comfortable, good water pressure and the staff were super helpful. They let us leave our luggage after checkout so we could explore the city.

The property was in the perfect location, just 7 minutes from Grand Place, in a very safe neighbourhood. It was very easy to find and the staff was very polite and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bagages prior to our check in time and after our check out time. The room was very comfortable and cute. We booked the double room with a view, and we had a beautiful view of the city. Careful!!! I would suggest that room only for couples as it had no privacy (glass shower and toilet). The room was perfect temperature and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast included too, which was various, from egg and bacon, to toast, cereal, croissants, pain au chocolate, variety of nuts, fresh fruits, and juice/ milk. Also the hotel offered coffee at all time.

Great place in the city center, main square is reachable within few minutes. Also, there are many places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner around the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful

On my first trip to Belgium I stayed in a hotel ... and it was my best decision. The hotel has 2 stars, but comparing it even with 3-star hotels, in which I also spent some nights, it has many advantages. Localization is very convenient. Getting to the destination did not cause any difficulties. Everything I needed was available. Thanks to the large battery, the room was warm, even though the weather outside was cold and wet. The beds there are very comfortable and despite the fact that I had many plans, I wanted to stay in bed as long as possible. Complete coziness and comfort is ensured. Besides, there are really great people working there. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer orientation, friendliness and hospitality.

Very clean and cozy hotel in the very center of the city. The room has all the amenities. Also the staff is very polite. Very pleased that there was heating in the room.

This was such a great location and the room was so comfy and clean. Perfect location to see all the must-see spots and eat all the local food. 20minute walk from the main station

Location is fantastic! All around very nice restaurants. 5' min walk to Grande Place. Sainte-Catherine metro station is 2 stops away from Gare Centrale. The breakfast was excellent as well as all the accommodation. The rooms are very spacious & with everything needed.

The location and the staff was very helpful

The room was nice, spacious, and very comfortable. Fair price when I booked. Daily cleaning was provided, along with fresh towels and bottles of water, which made a real difference after a long day. A pleasant surprise was the level of service, especially considering the self check-in system. Even without a traditional reception, everything was well organized and efficient. There was no breakfast included, but the coffee and tea maker in the room was a convenient alternative.

We had a great stay at Hotel Van Belle. The room was spotless and clearly well-maintained. It was modern, comfortable and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out exploring the city. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay, so I can’t comment on the food, but the overall atmosphere of the hotel’s common areas was warm and welcoming. The staff truly stood out, friendly, professional and always willing to help. They are definitely an asset to the hotel and contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. In terms of location, the hotel is well-situated. It’s about a 15-minute walk to both the city centre and the Bruxelles Midi train station, which made it easy for us to get around. I would happily stay here again and recommend Hotel Van Belle to anyone visiting Brussels.
