The hotel was beautiful, clean, and extremely convenient for airport travel. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Dave at check-in, and the Club Lounge access made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the restaurant food was excellent.

Perfectly clean room and bathroom, great restaurant with lots of meat dishes and cocktail options, super friendly reception – thanks to Vincent who offered us a welcoming hot wine! Ice makers on each floor add a luxury hotel vibe and comfort. A snack corner with self-service payment was very handy.

Nude are was amazingly well kept, lots of things to do, many happy faces.

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

Easy access to airport with shuttle, very clean quiet and comfortable. Staff was all very helpful, professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was much better than we had expected and the service was excellent both there and in the bar. I would highly recommend it for people needing a place to stay before an early flight.

Everything was perfect! From the moment the friendly guy at the reception said "Hello!" when I entered until the moment we left the hotel's underground parking. The staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive. The room is great, very comfortable. I had such a good sleep! The breakfast was great, too. I totally recommend!

Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

What can I say? The staff from Marriot is always the best. Couldn’t be different in Belgium. They gave me a very nice swag. Loved it.

On the first floor of the hotel there is supermarket, where you can buy food and drinks. early check in was possible for additional 25 euros. They also allowed us late checkout, whithout additional fee. staff was frendly and wecloming. overall, great value for the price
