The staff was very helpful and caring! We would like to thank Veselin for everything about making our stay great and relaxing! The cleaning ladies were also great and helpful. I am recommending St. Stefan as a great place to have your holiday!

Very friendful personal. Service and attention started right from the parking in front of the entrance. General administrator followed us all the way to the room, showing all facilities and explaining all. Every request was answered within 5 minutes. When we asked help to turn on the conditioner, he not only came to help but even presented us with a fruit plate as compensation for "inconvinience". Hotel location is in the walk distance from old town and new districts. Parking is free for guests (size is limited)., but payment municipality parking is right near by.

Top location, confortable room

What an amazing stay! A beautiful hotel located in Nessebar a 10 minute drive to Sunny beach. With exceptional staff we felt so welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The food and drinks were excellent, with lovely bar staff always giving a warm service. The pool and the amenities were all very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay so much and I would definitely recommend.

Everything very well organized, polite staff, excellent location by the sea. The menu is diverse and more than enough in the all inclusive regime.

Nice interior, beautiful view from the window, inner tidy courtyard, clean room, new and sturdy furniture, zonal lighting in the room, quality bed linen. Towels were changed daily. Good water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast: muesli, dried fruits, yogurts, honey and several types of jam, cheese and meat cuts, fresh vegetables, several types of fruit, coffee, tea, juices, pastries and more. Attentive service at the reception.

Great location. The price/quality of the hotel is above expectation. Very friendly personnel. Free car parking included.
