Restaurant and staff were top notch Pool was also very nice

The hotel is huge, from the reception to my room was almost a 3 minutes walk. WiFi is unstable, weak and sometimes gone. I thought it was because my room was far but the receptionist said it's the same in the whole hotel. Lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast but in the restaurant the chairs are too low or the tables too high. The room had a balcony but there were no chairs. The hotel is clean, very well located and if the WiFi had been o.k. I would have recommended.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

Great staff, very good breakfast, location is great. However we were without electricity and water on the last day, the windows deserve a good cleaning. Also the rooms could do with a bit of love on the cleaning. I do like the hotel for the sfatt and location.

We had an amazing time at the resort. The staff, Maria, the manager was very helpful and speaks good English, and helped us with any little issues that we had, Marcus on reception was very helpful sorting out our room change when we needed something further from the bar area, Pedro the porter carried our many bags without any fuss, and refused me helping him, Josie in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. In fact ,everyone was fantastic, will definitely be coming back again

O café da manhã é gostoso, o local é aconchegante, as camas são boas. O hotel fica em frente a melhor vista possível da praia do meio, é simplesmente espetacular.
