The staff were very welcoming and so helpful. The water, hydration drops, and cookies on arrival were fantastic. They also let us store our bags for the day after check out while we waited for a flight.

Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed. Great location to downtown. As we were here for the World Cup, this hotel was PERFECT for accessing BC Place. Staff were always friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

All the tourists go there but it has gone downhill due to...

All the tourists go there but it has gone downhill due to covid store closures and large homeless crisis (close to East Hastings Street -avoid) .saying that, they are going to make this a car free, pedestrian area this summer so it might improve

Worth a visit to see the Steam Clock in action, lovely shops...

Worth a visit to see the Steam Clock in action, lovely shops and nice to stroll around. There are quite a number of homeless people in this area and we were advised by our tour guide which streets (area) to avoid and to stay together. Main street was fine and lots of people around.

My room at the Blue Horizon was more than I expected. The room was very spacious, and it had amazing views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also within walking distance to the train station, Gastown and the waterfront. I would highly recommend this hotel

It’s a great and big apartment in the old centre of Vancouver (Gastown). Close to shops and restaurants, bars etc and close to the sights. The apartment is nice and well equipped.

Lots of light, small but nice seating area in the corner. Corner apt. Big city feel. Everything worked well. Nice to have a washer dryer. Super clean. Quick response by host. Close to Gastown, West Hastings and Waterfront. Nice transit options. The apartment was very well maintained, kitchen well stocked. Inviting to have dinner there.

The apartment was very near to the Chinatown Skytrain station, so it was ideal when transporting heavy suitcases, and just a few minutes walk from Gastown and the harbour seawall walk. There were plenty of places to buy prepared food and a large supermarket across the road. The place was very well equipped and clean. Across the road, the gentleman working at the key storage locker was very helpful and there was a lovely cafe across the road that stored luggage.

Hotel is link to cruise centre which made boarding so easy. It is walkable to gastown, chinatown, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, staff were helpful.

Very pleasant room, quality fittings and linens. Whilst the hotel does not offer food there are plenty of cafes nearby and a restaurant beneath. There is a list of suggestions. Ones we tried were good. Walking distance to city centre, Gastown and seafront.
