Excellent rooms, with a great location (right next to, but not in, Old Quebec City). The staff were amazing: accommodating of early arrival and late departure, had good suggestions for things to do, and even arranged for some flowers to be in the room upon arrival (wife was thrilled)!

Wonderful view from the room, as you can see the city hall, the church and sunrise by the river! Beautiful room, quaint decor and has heated restroom floor! Feel so warm comfy in winter even you don't want to go out! Comfortable bed, the staff was professional and very helpful to help my sister. Great valet parking service! The best location, you can walk to all of the tourist attractions and the old town.

I loved everything about my stay, especially the bed, which was incredibly comfortable. The room felt warm and cozy, with tall ceilings and a charming brick interior. The bathroom was nice and spacious, and having L'Occitane en Provence toiletries was a lovely treat. The food and service at the hotel restaurant were exquisite! The location was ideal, as it was right across the street from the Museum of Civilization and the harbor, and just a few minutes away from the center of the old town.

Beautiful, classy couple of blocks with many dining spots with outdoor seating. The beautiful, well-kept town homes are a treat to see; and the "allee" has lots of strung lights kept on even during the day. Very charming!

Wonderful location! One block away is the beautiful Jardin Jeanne-D'Arc and the meticulously maintained green space of Les Plaines d'Abraham. Grande Allee is a busy street, but our apartment was in the back and we heard no street noise. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. It's also located close to the Musee National des Beaux-Arts and an easy walking distance, even on a rainy day. We loved our week long stay and chose to not rent a car. We explored Quebec on foot and found our way around without any problem.

Very nice room. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was really nice. AC was super quiet and near the top of the very high ceilings so you were not being blasted by the AC. Nespresso coffee in room was a bonus. Everything was new and modern. Free parking was great and plentiful. They have both surface and also interior parking depending on your needs. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out. Easy drive to Old Quebec from the hotel straight down to Grande Allée.
