We had a huge room with 2 levels plus a balcony. All was clean and modern.. Good dark curtains for thr night. Great bed. Bathroom good as well.Enough Towels and soap and shampoo. Staff always kind. Location perfect. Walk in about 20 minutes to Canada place. Waterbus to Granville Island just behind the BC Stadium.5vtill 10 min walk. Arounx thf hotel good breakfastcafes snd a subway as well. .

Loved an early morning swim before heading out for the day. Sharkies sports bar attached to the property was fantastic. Very friendly staff upon arrival.

Very good location, great staff and comfortable bed

The hotel charged us $46.20 upon check-in, and all fees and taxes were included. The hotel also charged us a $200 room deposit, which they have not yet processed. Our early check-in request was denied. We received our first room at 2:00 PM, and our second room after 3:00 PM.

Perfectly located. Safe to walk around. Perfectly equipped, spacious room. Next to there is 24/6 Breka specialty bakery to get high quality coffee and pastries

Best location. Everything was walking distance. The rooms and the service were spot on. I order breakfast in my room and was delicious.

The environment is good. It is very close to the subway and the airport line. It is also very close to McDonald's. The service of the hotel restaurant is good and delicious. The hotel service is very good. The interior of the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable. It's close to the scenic spot and the shopping centre. It's great.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The kitchen was excellent, very clean & fully stocked with milk, tea, coffee.

Within its price range and allocation, it’s a very good hotel. Not everything works perfectly come up with the staff go away above expectation to help.

Everything was very clean, the size of the room was perfect and the beds are confortables.

There was no breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the laundry. It was good. We would stay there again.

Convenient location, just outside of downtown, walking distance to some great cafes in breweries in East Van. Small room but comfortable, everything we needed

Bed was really comfortable and room was lovely. The pool, spa and gym were lovely and well fitted out. Location was great and it was so easy to walk around vancouver without a vehicle, location was central for all public transport as well. Reception staff and porters were really lovely, attentive and helpful for tourists.

Very accommodating with early checkin.

The location is perfect if you want to know Vancouver on foot. The staff is simply fantastic (praises to Juan and the gentleman at the door whose name I regret to have forgotten). Just great.

Excellent very large rooms with great lighting, heaps of power points for charging devices and very comfortable beds

Breakfast had a great range and plenty of choice. Clean premises.
