I went to the concert with my daughter. The hotel was in a great location. It was only a five-minute walk to Rogers.

The reception staff were exceptional in our view. Very helpful every time we had a query, and eager to give advice as required re places to visit, directions, and how to use public transport etc. Excellent people! Thank you to every one of them. We also loved the pool area with its Jacuzzi and sauna

Very good location, very good taste on decoration and the bed is very comfy

Excellent location, plenty of restaurants nearby, pretty waterside walks accessible. Large suite, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, two decent tables allowing us to do some work in the room.

Clean and tidy. Carpet floors, helpful and friendly staff. Sauna, free coffee in morning. Middle of downtown. Superb!

Very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely welcoming and responsive. Clean, modern rooms and a very convenient location within walking distance to local attractions.

A very good property, clean, cozy apartment and a very comfortable bed. 2 TV. A big fitness room. Well located in downtown Vancouver.

Great property, good location, good facilities, staff friendly and helpful, good kitchen facilities, great tv package.

Centrally located, got many nice cafe and restaurants nearby, which the hotel has a sheet to introduce to guests. Staff is very friendly. The lady that checked us in can even speak good Chinese! Very clean room. And learnt about how it’s a not-for-profit hotel that supports local women and kids with many nice initiatives. Definitely a great place to stay to support great causes.

Location was perfect for attending a concert at BC Place.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Lucia for her kindness, understanding, and exceptional support. She went above and beyond to assist our family and made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thanks to Lucia and the entire hotel team, our trip was stress-free and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly choose to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you for everything!

Luxurious, very modern and tastefully decorated. Excellent kitchen facilities with high quality fittings and crockery.
