When we arrived we were upgraded to a harbour view suite that had been recently renovated. The suite was very clean, modern, bathroom and shower were lovely, filtered water tap in the bathroom as well, sensored lights the moment you stepped out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were amazing too. Staff very helpful, breakfast buffet was really good something for everyone, fresh omelets and eggs made too. We needed to get a taxi to the airport and they arranged one of their private cars to take us. Service at the hotel was amazing and very good location for us to get to the CN Tower and Roger Centre.

The view and proximity to the Toronto Tower, Aquarium and Rogers stadium. The room was well appointed and clean and comfortable.

Great location next to Rogers Center and close to everything you need. Imagine laying in your comfy bed and literally see the CN tower, just marvelous! And the staff: so friendly and helpful. Will be back one day, for sure.

It was clean, great facilities, including the pool and gym. Staff on level 8 in the club were excellent. Great block out blinds in the rooms for a great sleep, very comfortable beds. Meals in the club on level 8 were great. Great location.

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

Perfect it pays to have the bonus for the better room. Staff were engaging. Views from 20th floor wonderful.
