Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . The hotel is located very close to the old city center (10min walk). I am very happy with its value for money. The standard double-room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. The personnel was very kind and was flexible to serve our needs during our stay.

The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing! There is a quiet cozy garden in the back where we had our free welcome drink and the stress of the traveling dissipated right away! The staff is super helpful and friendly!
