The view is just insane! You can really just chill in front of the window or on a balcony and observe the river and the old town. The location is perfect as well. Amazing for those who appreciate easy and smooth self-check-in. The beds were very comfy. And there was an endless supply of nice coffee and tea, and some fruit (apples & tangerines).

The staff on the front desk were exceptional. They went out of their way to make us more comfortable after arriving from Berlin on the overnight train. The room was large and with a very cool and funky interior design. The breakfast was very good. The position is perfect for a short visit to Basel.
