Hotels near Pfalz Basel, Basel

The extremely good taste and details in the decoration. Staff is super friendly (Joram was super attentive and helpful). Breakfast was superb (try to seat near the window).

I personally loved the location of the hotel to every art attraction I was interested. Loved the staff's positive attitude, and all speaking English. Hope to visit again soon.

It's a lovely property with an amazing view. The staff is very polite and helpful. Loved the Christmas market downstairs. Not sure why the property had a rating of below 9. A 10/10 in our opinion.

Our room was small but excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft for us however we loved the two duvets, the separate toilet and shower areas and the big window. The staff were all amazing, from receptionist to the bar tender and wait staff in the restaurant! We highly recommend their breakfast buffet.

The location was amazing and the front desk staff were so lovely. She upgraded our room for free and was super friendly.

Location and the style of property

This hotel offers ultimate luxury from start to finish. The style is traditional, everything is impeccably maintained, and the entire place is spotless. The staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and being incredibly helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfect, and the breakfast, cakes, and other treats were outstanding. Our room was extremely comfortable and very quiet. Every piece of furniture and every detail had clearly been thoughtfully considered and was in perfect condition. They provided robes, slippers, shoehorns, an umbrella, and more. The welcome treats included fresh fruit, chocolates, and a little Eurovision-themed cake. In the evenings, they tidied the room for turndown service, closed the curtains, and neatly arranged our belongings. The corridors were carpeted with a thick central runner, which meant we never heard anyone passing by, even though the hotel was fully booked. We were also given a jar of hotel jam to take away with us and we can't wait to try it. If you’re considering this hotel and can afford the price tag, you will not be disappointed. Book it.

Wellness, welcome message on the table with chocolate, nice big bed, clean, service in the room, big mirror, coffee in the room, location

Perfect room. No noise. Nice bed. Nice receptionist. Nice breakfast.

The roomservise and madea 10 ot of 10 Always cleen

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to tram station, restaurants and supermarket. Nice view of the windows.

Perfect for a short stay. Easy to check-in, close to public transport and anything tou might need like stores or restaurants. We got the BaselCard as well which made the public transport free and gave us discounts at moat of the things we wanted to see around town.

First off, the staff are great. We were able to check-in at 11am and provided with a swiss plug adapter. Location is perfect. Christmas markets right outside the front door. Our room was a decent size with a nice view of the street. Lobby/bar area is a nice comfortable place to relax and have a drink. 100% recommend.

The location was fabulous and the hotel was just as I hoped. Breakfast was great and the staff were always helpful.

Exceptionally clean, modern and well equipped hotel in a lovely street.

It is a really nice hotel. The room and service exceeded my expectations. We were in attic room in March (20-24). We slept with open windows and I cannot comment on air conditionaire. The street is very quiet and the only source of noise is occational street car that we could tolerate. With closed windows the noise from street cars would be very little.

The customer service was excellent, the staff were very friendly.

A very modern well equipped hotel with very helpful staff.

The location was perfect (walking distance to the Christmas markets) and the staff were exceptional.
