Hotel was basic, but very clean. Staff was nice and the free breakfast was a bonus.

staff are very friendly specialy specially sommer and Mikaela. location is good theres a bus going to bridge.

- It is only 2 bus stops away from Lucerne railway station. - The Chapel bridge and the old town are within walking distance and we did it for a few times throughout our 3 nights stay. - No problem to find food around the vicinity. - Very clean. - Quiet although there's a bar downstairs. - The room was brightly lit.

The hotel had an elevator, very helpful since we were given room at 4th level. Location was pretty good, close to a lot of convenience - grocery, shops, restaurants and landmark/attractions. Bed was comfortable and room was huge! It had a small kitchen and private toilet.

Great location, very comfortable and modern rooms if a little small. Nice breakfast, not a huge range but still sufficient. The hotel offers drinking water in the lobby, is well situated close to the Luzern train station and within easy walking distance of several great restaurants.

Great location, just at the fringe of the old town, super near coop city. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Interesting and memorable concept of staying in a prison too!

Everything! It was such a perfect stay, If I would pick one most thing that I have liked then definitely the staff, they were all amazing and gives you amazing energy.

The beautiful historical building and its’ location in the historical center. It is close to the river with many nice outdoor restaurants close by. The breakfast was exceptional as was the service throughout our stay. I had a dental emergency and Marija, the manager, arranged for a quick appointment close by. Marija goes out of her way to make every guest feel special and her staff is top notch.
