Excellent (and very generous) breakfast. Super helpful and friendly staff. One of the other guests at the hotel was making noises, and the staff handled it immediately and very professionally. Located conveniently near the metro, with quick and easy access to both Valparaíso and Viña del Mar.

This is a fanastic little hotel. It has a lovely pool for the summer, and jacuzzi which you can use in the winter. The view is amazing. We also loved the decor which is in keeping with the period of the house.

The terrace is lovely, and you can enjoy drinks while lying by the pool, which is actually warm! The view from the terrace is nice as well. The rooms are cozy, good hot water, the WiFi is strong and you can cast from your phone to the TV. We have stayed here twice, and I don't think I could stay anywhere else. There is valet for your car, which is a really good service. The check in process is a bit slow, but not bad. The breakfast was really nice as well.

This is a fabulous family run hotel in the central area of viña del mar. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive. We stayed during our honeymoon travels and they left us with a special message and glass of champagne to celebrate. Incredibly sweet extra touch was appreciated. The breakfast is very good and well organised. They even did some laundry for us. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay, would stay again!

Adri and Christian were the perfect hosts. Arriving exhausted after two flights from Brisbane, Adri warmly met us at the front gate and immediately took us into her care. Adri made a restaurant reservation for us, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, recommended a lovely bar where we went for a drink and booked our transfer to Valparaiso port, following up when the driver was not on time. We met Christian as he was returning home with beautiful fresh produce from the local fruit market and he presented a tasting plate for us to enjoy. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast of local delights!

The location was convenient for me as it was close to the casino where I had a conference. Also liked that I was close to the waterfront and lots of restaurants.
