The hotel is in a great location. Between Melipeuco and access to the park. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms were comfy and cozy with waterfalls nearby and visible from the rooms. The white noise was very special. We stayed on the grounds The breakfast was really great and I appreciated the family, long table concept. The staff in particular were super helpful and they went out of their way to help connect us with someone to change our tire which was flat. Lastly, I booked for the wrong date... and they were glad to host us for the dates we arrived.
