The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the city as it is a 3 minute walk to the metro station. Quiet and pleasant in a busy city. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a very good selection on offer. The hotel restaurant is an ideal place to a meal after a busy day. Again staff in the restaurant very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.

Great location, lovely food, great facilities. The pillows are to die for!

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Excellent location, fully equipped and maintained contemporary urban hotel. Excellent value.

It is clean, comfortable, spacious, safe and super central. The staff are also really helpful and efficient and they serve great breakfasts.

Excellent service and location. People working there were super nice and accommodating.

Breakfast was excellent. Very much enjoyed it.

The rooms were beautifully presented extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable The front reception desk were extremely friendly and fluent in both English and Spanish The breakfast at the hotel was amazing with so many different options available! The staff at the pool upstairs were extremely helpful and very friendly! If you are not from Chile and an international traveller hang on to the document given to you at the airport to use to at check in to save on the country taxes. This is something I wasn’t told so discarded the paper so had to pay the country taxes.

Can was extremely polite and very helpful! The hotel is very beautiful and awesome! Breakfast is tasty. We love staying at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional. The restaurant staff and manager each spoke to us personally every day and asked about our stay and what we had seen or done the previous day. The front desk staff offered a late check out when they realized our flight left late in the evening. This allowed us to comfortably enjoy another full day in Santiago and rest before catching our flight.

Good neighborhood, nice personnel, tasty breakfast with great selection.

The room space and the cleanliness. All the facilities were in good conditions. The place was very central to the main avenues of El Golf neighbourhood, Line 1 of the Underground, supermarkets and local restaurants. Breakfast was a great option to eat something fresh.

Everything Good service, good staff and clean !

I absolutely loved every single moment of my stay at Bidasoa. This easily sits in the Top 5 hotels I've stayed in globally. The most compelling part was the overall 'vibe' of the hotel - everything from the staff, the scents they use, the decor and sound treatment. It just feels vibrant while also being cosy. Truly a wonderful experience.

Clean, big rooms and friendly staff.
