United KingdomFirst of all, the hotel staff are very professional and provide warm and thoughtful service. The overall environment is excellent. The location is extremely convenient, right next to Canton Tower and the subway station, making travel and sightseeing very easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I am very satisfied. The breakfast is also delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will choose to stay here again next time.

The tower has only 2 to 4 elevators, if you are going count...
The tower has only 2 to 4 elevators, if you are going count enough time. There is huge queues for all kind of level and then you need to do the same thing for getting back. If there is bad weather the change is hight your aren't allow to do the tram thing on the top. so they let you up and queueing to tell you at the top that it is closed... a bit bad organized the thing.

Staff (reception, room attendants) are warm, friendly and professional. All staff at the hotel greet you politely when you bump into them in the hotel.
Room is clean and can have a view of the canton tower.
Hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and a small gym.
Complimentary simple supper is also served from 930-11pm. A kind gesture for guests who maybe hungry at night.
Taikoo Hui shopping centre is about 8 minutes walk. Lots of eateries nearby the hotel.

Hotel is slightly away from the main business and shopping districts, and is in a residential location. short distance to the river, which is nice. Good view of Canton Tower! Rooms are very good size!

Absolutely loved my stay at Guangzhou Garden Hotel! The location is super convenient, right by the metro and nearby attractions like the Canton Tower. The room was spotless and comfortable. A special shoutout to Emna from Tunisia and Parisa from Iran, and Staar, they where incredibly friendly and welcoming during breakfast, making our mornings even brighter!

Hotel indigo is perfectly situated and easy to get to. Feels like a luxurious private island and so close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Our rooms were perfect and clean. We were so lucky to have good view of the Canton Tower. The staff are all so lovely and willing to help out. Special mention to Oscar for making us feel so welcome and accommodating our needs. The pool is amazing and bar very close.

I came to Guangzhou with my kid to see the Canton Tower, so I chose a hotel nearby. My child loved the room with the projector screen; watching movies there was really comfortable. The hotel also keeps refilling mineral water. When going out, the front desk staff can help call a taxi that pulls up right beside you. It was really great.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. It’s close to the subway station, only about a 10-minute walk away. You can take Lines 3 and 7, which go directly to popular spots like Canton Tower and Yongxingfang.
I originally planned to book a hotel near those attractions, but they looked quite old. So I chose this one instead, and it was really nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
If I come back to Guangzhou, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
