The front desk and concierge services staffs were excellent. They’re very approachable and helpful. We’re a family with kids and they provided and offered any assistance which we required. The breakfast variety was pretty good and the food was different everyday. The bed in our hotel room was very comfortable and clean and the toilet was huge. The hotel location was just right next to people square metro station which made it very convenient for us to travel everywhere by metro.

No doubt about rating this hotels. I would give 20 if this was allowed. Everything above expectations. Design (art deco), room quality with the highest appreciation to every detail. Delicious and variable breakfest. Super helpful and understanding oersonell. Great location. Breathtaking window view. Top of the Top!
