The location is great. It is situated near Pedestrian Street and the Bund. I had been upgraded to a suite at 7/F, which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. It offered lots of varieties, including Eastern food such as congee and dumplings and western food like order-to-make fried eggs/omelets, etc.The staff is friendly and nice.

The hotel is close to people's square and has great connections to the rail stations and airport. Old town, Yu Gardens, and the bundy are with in 3 metro stops of the hotel. The hotel has and excellent views of the city and there are three restaurants in sitr with an excellent breakfast options.... The staff are helpful in getting you sorted out during you stay as well...

No doubt about rating this hotels. I would give 20 if this was allowed. Everything above expectations. Design (art deco), room quality with the highest appreciation to every detail. Delicious and variable breakfest. Super helpful and understanding oersonell. Great location. Breathtaking window view. Top of the Top!
