We had a very pleasant stay at Hegu Mountain Retreat. The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and slow down. One of the things we enjoyed most was waking up to the sounds of nature, which were incredibly calming and added to the special feeling of the place. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. They were always willing to help, answer questions, and assist with anything we needed. Their personal approach made us feel less like guests and more like part of a family. The location is quiet, the scenery is lovely, and the overall experience was very positive. I really enjoyed this hotel. Being up in the mountains, the air is fresh and the whole atmosphere feels so calm and chill. The hot spring was also very comfortable. This is exactly the kind of experience I wanted to have when coming to China.
