After travelling over 50 countries and staying at many 5 star hotels, I can safely say this was the best most helpful and nicest staff I've ever met. Ever!
I got to the hotel, I didn't have the right cash and they paid for it! Then walked me to halal chinese restaurant and paid for it. Offered to fix my broken luggage, change my currency, print my flight details, call me a taxi, order food/meds to the room when my daughter was sick and finally helped coordinate. My great wall tour, making tons of calls. I have never experienced anything better. Oh they also have a great breakfast, made it halal friendly for us, didn't charge extra when my daughter wanted more hashbrowns, they also packed us some snacks to go for our flight
The room is very clean, and you have great shower pressure.

This is a fabulous place in the heart of Beijing. The staff are exceptional. They're kind, cool and just spot on when it comes to helping arrange things and making you feel happy. The food at breakfast is excellent. They provide complementary afternoon tea and snacks as well as complementary drinks all day. The roof top seating area is sublime. The bed is great, the decor is elegant throughout. We even received leaving gifts. Thank you Alice and all the team. We will never forget our time at your hotel.
