Great location, close to the Metro station. Everything about the room was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite on the 43rd floor with amazing views and spacious bathroom and bedroom.

Very modern hotel close to a metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. I was given a room upgrade which was a very comfortable and modern suite. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The reception staff speak English.

Location is just 5 mins walk from the subway. Very new and clean accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the tatami bed and thoughtful hotel by providing detailed accessories for instance earplugs and umbrella on taking days. Both washing and drying machines can be used for free 24/7.

Pan Gate was amazing and it's free for staying guest. The lightings were out-of-this-world! The garden really lived up to it's name! The service at the front door was amazing, special mention to Mr. Emile who was very helpful!

Wonderful hotel in an excellent position. The personnel was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was extremely good and varied. The free access to the Pan Gate area is a great plus
