Pretty new hotel .Excellent location for sightseeing

Location is just 5 mins walk from the subway. Very new and clean accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the tatami bed and thoughtful hotel by providing detailed accessories for instance earplugs and umbrella on taking days. Both washing and drying machines can be used for free 24/7.

Great location, close to the Metro station. Everything about the room was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite on the 43rd floor with amazing views and spacious bathroom and bedroom.

What a beautiful Hotel which is very centrally located in Suzhou. Hotel is not on the ground floor, but very good reachable with elevators. They also have a beautiful roof garden on the 5th floor.

built it VPN wifi which is really good for oversea travelers. Offered to bigger room for no extra charge. I am really enjoyed it. One thing I like the most the the built in bidet in toilet. The advance bidet with equipped with hot air dry to dry you after settle your thing.

The pillow and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and the coffee & tea at the reception is a plus. Buffet breakfast is great, plenty to choose from but variety doesn't change from day to day.

A very beautiful, themed, and traditional hotel with a great location in the old part of the city. The staff were also very kind and friendly. The only thing that surprised us was that when we were returning to the hotel after an evening walk, the police did not allow us to enter the street and we had to wait in line. However, this was not the hotel’s fault.
