Very good hotel with exceptional services. Room was big and very comfortable. Hotel spaces were good. And spacious gym as well and very wide variety of breakfast choices offered for hotel

I absolutely loved their service and the hospitality they provided. I felt as though it was a home away from home. The entire staff member made my experience there so much more lovely and really went beyond the usual routine to ensure maximum comfort and assisted with anything possible but without feeling as if it was pushed to be done. I had packages that were missing and the staff tried to contact the personnel so many times for me, for that I am extremely thankful! I also liked the touch of using WeChat to communicate instead of having to call the front office or different departments all the time. Not to mention the adorable little robot who brings our delivery up to us and saved us from walking downstairs. The staff members, when they found out i was preparing for my wedding also sent their well wishes and gifts for me. I have been left speechless and it makes me want to come back to suzhou so much just to enjoy this all over again. Thank you so so much for everything!!!

Location is just 5 mins walk from the subway. Very new and clean accommodation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the tatami bed and thoughtful hotel by providing detailed accessories for instance earplugs and umbrella on taking days. Both washing and drying machines can be used for free 24/7.
