The location is very convenient and can order take-away. The inner decoration is exceptional and the room is very baby friendly. Staff are really nice and kind.

Amazing space, rooms and staff

Property was really what we needed at the end of our holiday in China. It was quiet, comfortable and not far from the scenic views of the Bund.

Very modern and clean, super friendly staff, big room, excellent facilities (laundry and gym). Only downside was that the internet was a bit patchy, sometimes fine, sometimes slow.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their kindness and dedication truly made my stay special. The rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Everything was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options suitable for different tastes and preferences. The laundry facilities were very convenient and well-organized. In addition, the hotel provided excellent amenities, including slippers, toothbrushes, a hair dryer, and high-quality toiletries and shampoos, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making transportation extremely easy and convenient. It was simple to reach all major attractions and destinations. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have rarely encountered such a helpful and attentive team. I would especially like to thank the hotel management for assembling such an outstanding staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! A special shoutout to Andy Zhang at the reception. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and stress free. He not only assisted us with our bags but also kindly offered to call a Didi for us when we checked out. When we needed a late checkout extension because of work schedule, he made it happen even on a full occupancy that day. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality.
