The location was perfect. The food was the only one I could eat in Guangzhou, especially breakfast. The service was fantastic, the staff very welcoming and with above average English (unlike the rest of the city). The room had a very beautiful view of Tiahne Stadium, an added beauty for this trip. If I come next year for the fair I will come back.

The twin room for travelling with friends is very spacious, and the two beds are very comfortable and do not disturb each other. The room is clean and tidy, fully equipped, has a good rest at night, and it is convenient to go shopping. Overall, I am very satisfied.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for a trip to Guangzhou. It’s only a 1–2 minute walk to the Line 3 metro station, and it’s super close to the Canton Fair. You can easily walk to Taikoo Hui and Grandview Mall. Downstairs, there are plenty of authentic Cantonese restaurants and snack stalls, so you’ll never have to worry about finding great food—getting around and eating well is a breeze. The front desk staff were extremely friendly during check-in. They even offered complimentary freshly brewed coffee and thoughtfully recommended nearby popular spots for us tourists, saving us a lot of time on planning. The rooms were spotlessly clean. During our stay, we found the hotel very thoughtful: it has a guest laundry room, and the housekeeping staff cleaned our room promptly every day, providing fresh, dry towels. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel is quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing—we slept perfectly without any noise at night. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone!

It’s a nice room with excellent view of the city. The location is fantastic, right on the heart of the city and shopping malls around. The best thing is the metro station is in the same building.

The room is spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, with comfortable bedding, spotless sanitation and intelligent and convenient facilities. The service is thoughtful, the staff is warm and courteous, and the demand response is extremely fast. The check-in experience far exceeds expectations, and you feel at home. It is highly recommended!

Convenient to shopping malls, mtr, food!

I like the blue and white theme of the hotel decor. Friendly staff at check in counter. Room is clean, spacious and equipped with modern facilities. Shower has very good water pressure and toilet comes with heated seat. Super comfy bed. Free of charge, self service laundry available with an efficient system never met before, whereby the friendly cleaning crew will help you move your clothes from washing machine to dryer and to deliver to your room thereafter. The hotel is located off the main road, about two blocks away from the tianhe district shopping malls within reasonable walking distance under 10mins.

I selected a high-floor room with a night view, arranged by the front desk, located on the 24th floor, with quite a nice view. The balcony is a large bay window, and for safety, a railing has been added, which is quite friendly for guests with children. I will definitely stay here again if there's an opportunity. The hotel's location is great, with a coffee shop and convenience store right downstairs. Compared to traditional hotels, the scenery is much better. The room is equipped with an independent washing machine, which is very convenient and eliminates the need to use a shared laundry room. There's also a refrigerator and microwave, making it very convenient.

The service at the front desk was good. When we first entered the door, Xiao He helped us carry our luggage out to play and also felt the unique attractions of Guangzhou. When we came in, there were snacks and jelly at the front desk that my children really liked hahaha. The room facilities were very innovative and looked very high-end. The internet was also very fast and the video browsing was smooth. Moreover, the bed was soft and comfortable when we lay down all night. I highly recommend bringing my children to stay here again next time

time after time i viit this hotel when in Guangzhou, it has a wonderful international cuisine at breakfast and also in the restaurants. Food was important for me and their standards are high.
