Everything is fantastic in this hotel. The situation is incredible, at the heart of the citadelle of Erfurt, with fantastic view at a 2 minutes walf and a public glass lift that brings you downtown in less than 15 minutes. It is very easy to reach by car and there is a parking (with reservation) in front of the building. It is an old building that has been completely refurbished in a very beautiful manner. The chamber was very very comfortable and beautiful, very cosy. The personnel at the reception was nice and helpful. If we could we would have stayed longer !

The night staff was phenomenal. They made the stay memorable and went above and beyond, despite not speaking English.

I went to Erfurt for a concert which was taking place on Messe and the hotel was 3 minutes away on foot. That was very nice. Of course if someone would like to go to visit the city center needs to use a car or the tram. The tram station is right outside of the hotel. So overall it is a very nice hotel in a nice location.

The lady on reception "geezer" couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged the sauna, a taxi into town, and when we couldn't call a taxi for our return we called the hotel and she sorted everything out for us. An absolute gem and deserves a pay rise.. A really classy individual.

I have stayed here many times as a stopover en route.

The extremely friendly service and flexible attitude of the personnel was great. When I unexpectedly had to extend my stay, they quickly helped and made sure an extended stay at the hotel was possible. Moreover, the hotel personnel has always been friendly and helpful. I am thankful for the service, which is the reason I write this review. Additionally, I highly recommend the breakfast and room facillities. The breakfast was worth the money and the cheap room did offer a good space to work (bureau setup), nice beds, and proper bathroom.

The breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared! The hotel was also very accommodating — they allowed us to check in early when we arrived, and after checking out, we could relax in the lobby and enjoy coffee while waiting, as our train was delayed by two hours. Thank you.
