Clean, helpful employees, good breakfast

Our room was beautiful and breakfast was great

Beautiful and in a wonderful setting!

The entire stay was a pleasure. The hotel was fantastic and we enjoyed the reataurant and pool.

Excellent restaurant, great view from the room

great room and common spaces (very relaxing to take the breakfast by the little lake!), staff super nice and breakfast tasteful.

Great location to access Bonn and Kiln and other sites via train. My room overlooked a lovely field. Hangelar is pretty and has good restaurants especially Siciliana. Hotel offers good dinners.

Insel Hotel has the most delicious, wonderful variety of food for breakfast. The space was large and you could also sit in the main dining room. My son travels a lot for business and said this was the nicest breakfast he’s had!

The decoration, the location and the beds were super comfortable.

Fantastic location right on the Marktplatz. Clean, comfortable room, mine had a balcony. Large breakfast room with good food options. Be sure to order breakfast if the next day is a Sunday or holiday, because many nearby cafes will be closed, or will open up late. Easy walk to several trains or buses in different directions. The weather was warm, and thankfully there was a good fan in the room. Staff very helpful.

Good Service,Location,environment

it’s tiny and clean! I like tiny rooms that has a good arrangement of furnitures

Bathroom is clean The traffic is very convenient

The location is perfect and the staff were so friendly. The room was cleaner than we expected. Also we made our reservation at last minute but they were still being able to make the room ready on time. P.S: Especially Iranian guy (he didnt give his name) was so nice, respectful and made us very comfortable. I hope he gets a good raise! :)

Best location, super close to university and other important buildings. Calm and peaceful environment.

I like all of them because the security people is very good very nice people

Lovely small family run hotel, with wonderfully sweet hosts, great breakfast on the terrace, and very conveniently located.

The hotel has a nice design and was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend booking extra nights if you need to at the reception desk since they offered a better rate. The location was close to everything.

Perfectly adequate hotel in a great location in Bonn. Single room was very reasonably priced with breakfast included and was excellent for a single night stay for a solo traveller just needing a place to sleep for the night! Nice staff and convenient for Bonn hbf.
