In few minutes you are checked in with card to the room in your hand. Automatic check in system is very easy and straight forward to use.

As always the hotel was great, the gentleman at the reception, bar and lady at the restaurant were all friendly

Lovely quiet surroundings and excellent food.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helping. They spread good mood. They also organized a taxi for me to go to Chemnitz. The room had a balcony facing the beer garden. It was lovely and relaxing. The supermarket "Netto" and a bakery are only 10min by walk from this hotel. Kunnerstein observation desk is beautiful and it is at a walkable distance from the hotel.
