The staff was very friendly, kind, and helping. They spread good mood. They also organized a taxi for me to go to Chemnitz. The room had a balcony facing the beer garden. It was lovely and relaxing. The supermarket "Netto" and a bakery are only 10min by walk from this hotel. Kunnerstein observation desk is beautiful and it is at a walkable distance from the hotel.

As always the hotel was great, the gentleman at the reception, bar and lady at the restaurant were all friendly

Location was so beautiful. Garden and the view with cows was great. Restaurant was super!!! Good service. Breakfast was great with Fresh coffee!!

We liked it. Personal was polite and friendly. Our room was really big - like an apartment even with personal kitchen. We were the only ones who wanted breakfast so it was made only for us.

Wonderful breakfast (both the content and the breakfast area). Very helpful staff. Sauna was perfect. Restaurant was beautiful and the food was super. No need to eat elsewhere!
