Hotels near Dockland, Hamburg

The team, working in the hotel, is amazing. Makes the stay great. Love the industrial design and the location. If you admire port and majestic vessels. It's the right place.

It's the second time I stay here and I can say that the staff is always as pleasant, an enormous kindness, very understanding people I can say that I always feel at home, you are an extraordinary team!

Excellent hotel with great amenities and I was also able to check in earlier! This hotel is near so many restaurants and a quick taxi/ train from the tourist spots. The room & bed are spacious enough for maximum 2 people. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, great location, serviced daily with clean towels.

Breakfast really good. Staff SO FREINDLY :-) Area is so cosy.

We had an XL room that had so much space, our young daughter was able to run around to her hearts content. The sofa bed was already made up for us when we arrived. We had the bonus of a small balcony with a nice view. Check in was very quick and friendly. The bar and lounge space, although we didn't use it, looked very comfortable and inviting. Amazing location too near to plenty of action though not in the thick of it.

Beautiful hotel where staff is very friendly and helpful with any requests. The hotel bar employees know their job well and were able to recommend drinks and introduce to more local liquors. Breakfast had many options and everything seemed very fresh and well thought through.

Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

A nice, clean and quiet hotel. The atmosphere was as in the seventies. The staffs was very friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent, and the staffs especially receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. His outstanding customer service was recognised. Also the house keeping lady was very helpful. Thanks to both of them.

This hotel was amazingly clean, and very comfortable. It is also just next to Altona trainstation with a lot of restaurants nearby as well as shopping options. Defenitelly I would consider to stay here again!

We liked the staff, they were all very helpful. The location was fine, though the facilities in the room were not particularly good - no coffee, tea or fridge for a cold drink- (I guess we got what we paid for, but a fridge would have been an inexpensive addition perhaps). The breakfast was superb.

Perfect accommodation in the best location in Hamburg. Access to all transport networks, great cafés and shops on your doorstep. Very friendly staff, comfortable and cosy room. Will definitely stay here again!

Simple but very comfortable, clean and affordable.

Very Nice staff!!! Big room!!!

Really helpful friendly staff and great location! I highly recommend! They kindly gave us a late checkout too which was super helpful.

Our room was very comfortable and we had enough space with a small child. The terrace was the highlight and we spent a lot of time out there. The location is great - close to the water and there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

It was quiet and comfortable and literally around the corner from the railway station - easy to get around.

The location is in a quiet area, the room was very clean, breakfast included all you needed to eat, staff very helpful.

Clean and cozy rooms, great staff, location is good if you want to be around St Pauli/Reeperbahn plus its close to S-bahn. Breakfast is really good!

Great Hotel in the heart of The Beatles Hamburg

Very friendly and helpful staff. The reception is open 24 hours a day and is always ready to help.

I liked very much the aesthetic of the place. Everything was very comfortable.

The hotel’s location was very good. It’s centrally located, but the area is also known for its nightclubs. Traveling with a child can be a bit challenging, so you need to be prepared for that. I went with my daughter without knowing this in advance. We didn’t encounter anything too inappropriate, but there were moments when some explanations were necessary 🙂 The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. Having a staff member who spoke our language was an extra plus for us 🙂 Since it’s a hostel and close to nightclubs, I was worried about noise on the first day, but we weren’t disturbed at all. From now on, I’ll definitely look for AO in the cities I visit 🙂
