The staff were so friendly from the moment we walked in the door. They located our rooms as close together as possible, which I had requested and it was fantastic! The breakfast was very varied with some great options. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The location is perfect to go anywhere in Frankfurt. It is close to tram stations and subway stations. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff is nice and the luggage can be leave in the reception too.

Great location, nice neighborhood. Fantastic value for money. Has a fridge and kitchen if you want to cook. Comfortable bed. Perfect for budget stay!

Stuff is very friendly. Location is close to city center. Room is good for short stay 2-3 days. Cleaning is also ok.

Very kind and very helpful staff. They were all welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great, really spacious and very clean. Walking distance from the Town Hall, the Main tower etc. We asked for Twin Bed and the man at the reception arranged it. Thank you very much. And don't forget: In Greece, whenever you want to order a beer, you say: Mia bira parakalo.

My son love the games at the reception staff were so friendly even we did the check out they reception give to my son one chocolate so they make his day thank you so much

The hotel is very nice, near to public transports and near to city center, and the stuff is very nice :)

Rooms were small but enough space as all we done was sleep in them.
