Beautiful room. Easy process with the self check in. Fairly easy to access train stations (5-10min walk)

Great family experience, very friendly staff and clean rooms, very good service. Breakfast was very good, and also possibility, if one wanted to dine in. Pool and wellness area were nice too, and a few tram rides away from the center. Overall great experience.

We had a lovely stay at Flatista Boutique Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, albeit cozy, it felt almost like an apartment. We had no toilet in the room, which we knew beforehand, and it was no problem as it was located just outside our room in the corridor. There was a sink and a shower in the room though - the shower had just a glass wall so no privacy if you share room with someone that you don't want to see you shower (I travelled with a friend and we solved it by just hanging out in the kitchen/breakfast area while the other showered, no problems). The breakfast was nice and quaint and the staff that we only met during the breakfast hours were very friendly. We met a couple of other guests at the breakfast, and that was the only time we knew we weren't the only ones staying there - so even if it felt like an apartment, it was well-isolated, we did not hear other guests at any other time.

Great location - 20 minutes by foot to the city center. Clean room, comfortable beds. Тhe internet connection in the hotel area was excellent.

I would like to sincerely thank the **Leonardo Hotel Munich City Center – Amalienstraße 25** for such a pleasant stay. 🌸 My time in this hotel was truly wonderful and comfortable. From the very first day, I felt very welcome. The staff was always extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Every day they kindly asked if everything in my room was fine and if I needed anything. This thoughtful attention made me feel that the guests are truly cared for here. My room was cleaned every day and everything was always tidy and well prepared when I returned after a long day in the city. It was clear that the team works with great care and professionalism. I especially loved the breakfast room. It is beautifully and stylishly decorated – and to my delight, it is even in my favorite color, **violet**. The chairs, the atmosphere, and the nicely prepared tables make the room feel warm, elegant, and welcoming. The breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. Everything was constantly refilled so there was always enough for all the guests. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. Although this is a smaller hotel where many guests mainly stay for sleeping, it has a very **charming and cozy atmosphere**. It feels lovely and welcoming, right in the heart of the city. I chose this hotel because the location is simply perfect. Many attractions, museums, parks, and beautiful places in Munich are very close by, and most things can easily be reached **on foot**, which makes the stay very convenient. The hotel serves breakfast, and as soon as you step outside, you are already on **Amalienstraße**, a lively street full of restaurants from all over the world – Japanese, Chinese, Turkish, Thai, German, and many cafés and bakeries with fresh pastries and coffee. There is truly something for every taste. The location of the hotel is therefore **excellent**, right in the cultural center of Munich and still calm and pleasant.

The location is excellent, on Leopoldstraße, very close to two stations: Dietlindenstraße and Münchner Freiheit. This makes it very easy to reach all the main places in Munich. The bathroom was great, and the room was very good. There was water, as well as coffee and tea capsules. I stayed for two days

+ price not too bad + location + hospitality + changed my towels and bed sheets on the second day I didn’t experience all the negative reviews that I’ve read on here but it’s just my personal experience I’m speaking about.

Clean, close to main station, many restaurants around and yet doesn’t have “Central Station” vibe, it’s in a quite a nice neighbourhood.

Location is close to center. İt was clean enough. Rooms are comfortable with enough equipment.

The location of the hotel is exactly what you need. 3 minutes from the metro station. On the street of the hotel, many restaurants where you can dine at decent prices. Quiet area. We were checked in at 10:00, which was extremely convenient. All the staff had a good time, the linen was changed every two days.

No breakfast, but free coffee and tea. The owner is super-friendly and helpful.

Really well located, close to Munich Freiheit station, restaurants and little shops. Hotel seems to be new. I found rooms to be spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good, meals are really large for European standards.

The hotel receptionist was very warm and helpful; she met many of our needs during our two-night stay and answered our calls promptly. It was a very pleasant stay.
