The hotel was fantastic and really beautiful. The staff were amazing and we had a really pleasant stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling to Munich. Through our room was small, it was plenty of room and close to everything. Really enjoyed our time here.

Fantastic hotel with pool, spa and sauna. Great buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. A little back from centre but very close to metro or short uber trip for 15 euro.

Comfortable, clean, great location and value for money. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again was really happy.

We had a great time and the staff couldn’t do enough for us and all the Americans that got stranded because of record snowfall. We were great full for the room cleaning. Everyday no matter what time we left it was spotless on our return. We will certainly be back again.

Excellent facility with friendly staff and good position.

The evening bar staff (Timo) was welcoming and made me feel at home. The breakfast team was outstanding in service, and the selection of cold and hot options was excellent. The concierge service was outstanding and, like all the other staff, went above and beyond.

Clean, close to main station, many restaurants around and yet doesn’t have “Central Station” vibe, it’s in a quite a nice neighbourhood.

Clean rooms, attractive simple modern design. Excellent location near U6 metro line and Lufthansa airport bus stop.

I recently stayed at AdvaStay by King's in Munich, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch, and the room facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially want to highlight the reception staff; the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, quick to assist, and genuinely kind. Her warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. The location is pretty good as U-Bahn GiselaStrasse staion is 2 min walk. Room was very clean and modern. Staff was kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel is exactly what you need. 3 minutes from the metro station. On the street of the hotel, many restaurants where you can dine at decent prices. Quiet area. We were checked in at 10:00, which was extremely convenient. All the staff had a good time, the linen was changed every two days.

This is a wonderful family owned boutique hotel in a very nice residential area but still close to everything you could want in Munich. We enjoyed our stay and felt like a local living in the city, hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. They offer coffee and tea on the house and they even have a fridge full of beer & wine for purchase, they have thought of everything that could make your stay comfortable. It is just a few doors down from a grocery store and in an area with lots of shops & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!
