Everything was great! The staff is kind and friendly. The room is beautiful, the hotel is in a great location. The metro is close. If you are coming by plane, there is a great metro connection from the hotel to the airport.

The service and the breakfast were excellent.

Super friendly and helpful staff. One of the best freshly made scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. We arrive 6-7h earlier from check in time and were still given a room, not just a room, a free upgrade :))) But very nice stay overall, next time in Berlin, then will stay at same place again.

The location is perfect! Close to the u-bahn and bus stop, lots of beautiful and interesting places nearby. Loved the team as they were very friendly and willing to help. Good sauna and magnificent breakfast! C
