Lovely modern rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here twice, on our way north and the return south. The lady on reception was friendly, and spoke good English, and the housekeeping staff were all pleasant. On our first stay we waited until the check in time of 1630 but the second stay we obtained an email with the code for obtaining a key earlier than that. The rooms we had were well lit, unlike we found in some places, and the bathroom had instant hot water. There is a small lift. There is also a microwave and refrigerator available for use by guests, so we had a hot meal without having to go out. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a supermarket within walking distance. Parking is close to the entrance.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms really big and decent value for money!

We were allowed to arrive late in the evening, outside office hours. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast really tasty. It was also very quiet.

Charming small town with railway station. Lovely bedroom with views. Traditional and solid quality everywhere. Family run and it feels it. We didn’t want to leave.

This is one of best hotels I have stayed at. All staff very friendly and you can tell that they want to do their best for their guests. This is a small town, quiet and calm. Easy to find the hotel. The hotel has parking for cars by the hotel. Clean room, good size and a good bed. Breakfast had good choices. The staff has a way to treat you, almost like a family member in the mornings. They will prepare drinks and eggs just the way you like it. This was the first time at this hotel. It was so good, we did book this hotel again for another stay a few weeks after. We will always use this hotel when we are in the area. You can feel and see the efforts that has been put into this hotel.

Great little hotel! Much nicer than we expected. Super friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. Lovely breakfast. We ate dinner in the conservatory and really enjoyed that too. Best to make a reservation in advance if possible as they are busy. We will return.

Location and extremely friendly stuff working there especially one lady! She was very tourist friendly.

The restaurant was excellent, fabulous evening menu and a very good breakfast.

Fantastic traditional hof. Garden lovely.
