Spacious and clean hotel room. The area is very quiet even with the window open at night. Very friendly staff. City center is only a short walk away. Combined with various public transport options nearby this makes the hotel a perfect spot for a city trip.

The location was very idyllic and quiet when I was there, birds chirping etc. The mattress was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Curtains got the room somewhat dark. The layout of the building was very good, so the room was not wall to wall with the other guests. I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. Could have stayed longer than one night.

I had a pleasant stay at the Landhaus Sassenhof. The family-run atmosphere adds a nice personal touch, and the team was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with a balance of modern and cozy décor.

Everything! The service was great, big room with fridge and microwave, good playroom, fantastic breakfast. Great housekeeping.

It was an amazingly accessible place that I could get to easily with the subway. Went there for Dokomi weekend and wanted a nice comfortable place with direct access to the Messe in Düsseldorf. Well, this place covered all points and even more. The restaurant that is part of the hotel is amazing, with the free breakfast being really nice and tasty, giving me hope for the actual restaurant itself which I also ate in an evening, and compliments to the chef, they know their food! The entire hotel itself is also located in a really nice location with a view to a nice small body of water, also a great place to take a short walk around in the morning. All in all, I will definitely come here again in the future and can highly recommend this place to everyone seeking a place to stay for a weekend.

Received 2 complimentary beers on arrival, which went down really well. Night Porter was great as were all the staff. They also accept late arrivals, we arrived after 11.30pm. Most of the other hotels close after 11pm

Perfect place for a short stay! Nice, clean and well taken care of. Spacious family room with everything we needed. Very helpful and accommodating staff when the room key didn’t work. Superb breakfast with something for everyone.
