So central, staff really friendly and helpful, spotlessly clean

super hotel!!! clean, cozy, convenient to check in, we were checked in 2 hours earlier and were notified that we could check in. attentive and cheerful staff in the restaurant, especially thanks to the girl with the tattoo👍 helped. The hotel is in the very center of the old city, within walking distance of all places of interest. I was pleased with the coffee machine in the room. I recommend it to everyone 100%!!! thank you very much!!!🥰👍

The overall design and decor was absolutely stunning. Everything was super clean, all the staff was very very nice and helpful and the vibe at the lobby during the night was amazing. They also prepared a super nice welcome drink for us in the room since they were informed we were celebrating our engagement. That was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture form their side that made us love he experience even more.

Extremely convenient, clean & friendly/helpful staff

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, spotless rooms, and customer support that went above and beyond.

This hotel was the best of the best hotels where I had ever been! The staff was wonderful! The room was really big, there was everything that could be needed including the hotel power bank with an iPhone and C-type charging possibility. They have breakfast on the menu and you can order as much as you can eat - that was so delicious!!! I was surprised by how good could be the hotels :) Thank you for that amazing time when we stayed there!!!

Excelent location, right in the city center. Everything at the hotel was great. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had a very confortable 4 day vacation here. The staff is the best you could ask for. They were excelent! The value for the money at this hotel is also excelent! Of course not everything was great.. there are some minor things that could be improved due to the age of the hotel, but the good parts win absolutely! The location is also great if you are a tourist. I recommend it! Best spend money in Nurnberg and my batteries are charged.

The service of the employee .. very friendly and helpful. The personally welcome message did surprise me. 🙂👍 Thank you Elch Team.

The rooms are lovely and situated in the beautiful old town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and able to share tips about the town. The breakfast was really nice and mostly organic with fresh fruit and berries.

The staff is super friendly, I was able to move into my room earlier and got upgraded to a double room! Loved the quiet whilst still being super close to the FAU campus!
